Set in 45 acres of glorious Norfolk Parkland and only 10 minutes from the Famous Wildlife of the West Norfolk Marshes, we pride ourselves in being the best at everything we do whether it be Green Welly Activities, Rambling in the Woods, Experiencing the Ultimate Relaxation and Beauty in our purpose built Studio or having fun on a Corporate Day of excitement and adventure, we are sure you will leave feeling exhilarated and refreshed.

Your Children will come into their own in the fresh air surrounded by hand tame animals, our miniature pigs are a sure delight. Why not host a Children’s Farm Party or participate in a Farm Experience Day both will prove to be an unusual and memorable way to celebrate with friends.

We are set just off the A17 on route to the beautiful Norfolk Coast line and only five minutes from the Historical town of Kings Lynn.
Break up the journey, let the children run off some steam in the Kiddies Play Area, while you have a break and relax with a coffee and slice of your favourite Cake.


Our Grand Opening will coincide with our Annual Country Fair on the 8th of June 2008
From this date the Estate will be open every Weekend, Bank and School Holidays until the 30th of September.
